Dr. King was called to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Will Brown, early on Monday morning because of the death of their infant daughter, Helen, aged 8 weeks and five days. The child had never been strong and at about two o’clock on Monday morning it appeared to be as well as usual. When Mr. and Mrs. Brown got up the child appeared to be asleep. They attended to their morning work and after they had breakfast about 6:30 o’clock the mother went to the bed to look after the baby and discovered that it was dead. The cause of her demise is not definitely known, though it is thought that she died of convulsions. - kb
