BROWN, BLanche - Putnam

Services for Mrs. Blanche B. Brown, formerly of 111 E. 16th St, who died yesterday in Lafayette will be held at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow in Shirley Brothers Irving Hill Chapel. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery near Lebanon.  Mrs. Brown who was 54 was a native of Putnam County and lived here 25 years. She was owner and operator of the Penn Art Beauty Shop at 16th & Pennsylvania Streets many years. She was a member of Coatsville Methodist Church, Zonta Club and a charter member of the Greencastle Chapter American Legion Auxiliary. Survivors are four sisters: Mrs. Kenneth Thompson, Indianapolis; Mrs. Ila Fitzwater, Waynetown; Mrs. Lena Fitzwater, Georgetown, Ill and Mrs. Dorothy Sears, Fillmore and two brothers, Ward Hansell, Indianapolis and Maynard Hansell, Fillmore.
