BRIGGS, Ed - Putnam

The funeral of Ed Briggs occurred yesterday afternoon from the residence of Howard Briggs at 3:30 o’clock.  A large concourse of sympathizing friends followed the remains to the cemetery, services being conducted by Rev. WK Weaver. Some beautiful floral designs were sent by the workmen of deceased in Chicago where Mr. Briggs was employed as a printer in the office of the Horse Review being especially proficient in his profession. - kbz
