Terre Haute, Ind Jan 26 – Word was received today of the death of Mrs. Mary Park Bridges, 53 years old, daughter of the late John A. and Mattie Park of Rosedale, which occurred this morning in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joe Ryan in Hollywood, Fla. Mrs. Bridges had been employed for a number of years prior to going to Florida only a few months ago as a saleswoman at the Roots Department Store. The body will be returned to Terre Haute Monday and funeral services will be held in Brick Chapel, north of Greencastle at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial will be in the family lot at Brick Chapel. Other survivors, besides the daughter are two grandchildren, Barbara Ryan and Joe Ryan. - transcribed by kbz
