BLAYDES, Robert Lorenzo - Putnam

Robert Lorenzo Blades, eldest son of John Warren and Elizabeth Jeffries Bladys, was born November 26, 1870, in Putnam Co. He died February 10, 1936, his age was 65 years 2 months and 13 days. His boyhood and school days were spent in Franklin Township. After his marriage to Grace Weber of Urbana, Illinois, on March 9, 1904, he moved to a farm near Fincastle. His father, mother, and a son, John, preceded him in death. His wife, and two sisters survive; Miss Nancy Blaydes and Mrs. Dora Batman. Brothers are; Oliver B, J. Harve, C. Edgar, Grover C., Thurman and Warren T. Blaydes. Burial was in Roachdale cemetery.   ----thanks to Marilyn W for the donation of her wonderful collection of RT obituaries
