Paul W. Blake, 75, Indianapolis died Monday in West 10th Street Veterans Administration Medical Center.  Born in Greencastle, he had lived here most of his life. He was associated with the Hoosier Gardener Shop in Broad Ripple.  He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Broad Ripple Masonic Lodge and Broad Ripple American Legion Post 3.  He was an Army veteran of WWII. He was a graduate of DePauw University while he was captain of the football team and member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.  Services will be held at 2 p.m. in Flanner and Buchanan Broad Rippley Mortuary where friends may call from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday.  Survivors include his wife, Mary Walker Blake and a son, Jan E. Blake.
