BINKLEY, Clyde - Putnam

Clyde A. Binkley, 78 of 1055 Lincoln Way East and formerly S. Third St, died at 1:05 a.m. Wednesday April 10, 1996 in Chambersburg Hospital.  Born April 5, 1918 in Greencastle, he was a son of George Brinton and Mary Elizabeth Stains Binkley.  He had worked at the former HJ Heinz Co. plant in Chambersburg and was retired from Letter-kenny Army Depot.  He was of the United Brethren faith.  Surviving is his wife, Dorothy Lininger Binkley, a resident of the Franklin County Nursing Home.  Service will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road.  The Rev. Stuart A. Troutman will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle. Visitation will be a half-hour before the service Monday in the funeral home. – kbz
