Indianapolis – Frank Best, 62, Indianapolis died in his home Saturday of injuries received in an auto accident the day before.  Best died while his wife was in Municipal Court explaining that he was too ill to appear at a hearing on charges against the driver of the other car, Eugene Crowder, 44, Indianapolis. - kbz
