Milton B. Belles, 87 years old, formerly a farmer most of his life in the vicinity of Raccoon and Russellville, died yesterday in Lyndhurst Nursing Home. Mr. Belles, a native of Iowa, came to Bridgeport five years ago and to Indianapolis a year ago, making his home with a son Charles Belles, 1927 north Dearborn street. He was a member of the Methodist Church and Modern Woodmen of America.  Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock tomorrow afternoon in Russellville Federated Church and burial will be in Russellville Cemetery. Survivors besides Charles Belles and three other sons Fred Belles of Russellville, Frank Belles of Hammond and Glen Belles of New York; a daughter, Mrs. Bertha Nicholas of Bridgeport; a stepson, James McCray of Indianapolis and five grandchildren - kbz

Burial at Russellville followed funeral services today for Milton B. Belles, 87, a resident of Marion County six years. He died Friday in a nursing home. A native of Iowa, Mr. Belles had operated a farm in the vicinity of Raccoon and Russellville most of his life. For the last year he had lived with a son, Charles Belles, 1927 North Dearborn Street. He was a member of the Methodist Church at Raccoon and Modern Woodmen of America. Survivors besides Charles Belles are three other sons: Fred Belles, Russellville; Frank Belles, Hammond and Glen Belles, NY; a daughter, Mrs. Bertha Nicholas, Bridgeport; a stepson, James McCray, Indianapolis and five grandchildren. – kbz
