BEE, Elizabeth Boswell - 1918 - Putnam

Greencastle Herald - Mrs. James Bee, age 65, the wife of a prominent farmer of Clinton Township, died suddenly Friday evening of acute heart disease. Mrs. Bee, who had been a sufferer for several years of organic affection (sic - infection?) of the heart, had gone into the yard in the rear of the home on Friday evening to feed the chickens. While returning to the house she was seized by an attack of her heart trouble and fell on the lawn. There relatives later found her dead. Cornoner JC McCurry was called and rendered a verdict of death caused by heart disease. The funeral of the deceased will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the Dunkard Church northwest of the city. Interment will occur in the Dunkard cemetery. Mrs. Bee leaves a family of 5 children, all adults, her husband and several brothers and sisters.  --kbz
