BAKER, E.W - Putnam

Baker, E. W., 58, Roachdale, former County Agent here, passed away Tuesday in the Home Hospital at Lafayette. Mr. Baker, who had been in the hospital for the last two weeks suffered a heart attack on December 12.  The Roachdale resident was injured in an auto accident in November and since then has been under medical care. The funeral will be held Friday at 2Pm at the Christian Church in Russellville. He is survived by his wife and five children. (Note: his death record shows burial in Roachdale Cemetery.
