Mrs. Retta Black Bain, 83 of 1125 Windsor Dr, WL, died at 11 p.m. Tuesday in Home Hospital. She had been in ill health a month. Born at St. Louis, Mo, she lived most of her life at Russellville, moving to West Lafayette 10 years ago. She was married to Iver Bain who died in 1958. Mrs. Bain was a member of the Episcopal Church at Tuscola, Ill. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Donna Rae Milligan, Miss Betty Bain, both of West Lafayette and Mrs. Dorothy McKinsey of Crawfordsville; and one sister, Mrs. Hanna Lee of Gary.
