BACHERT, Elizabeth Sipps - Putnam

ROACHDALE – Mrs. Elizabeth Bachert, 88, of Rt. 1, Roachdale, died Wednesday at Ben Hur Nursing Home in Crawfordsville. She was born Dec. 24, 1880, a daughter of William and Kathryn Sipps. Mrs. Bachert was a member of the Methodist Church at Bourbon, Ill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank a son and a daughter. Surviving are four sons, Roy and John of Roachdale, Glen of Greencastle and Clarence of Bainbridge, and a daughter, Mrs. Blanche Mosley of Illinois. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home in Bainbridge. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery at Greencastle. Friends may pay respects at the funeral home after 7 o’clock this evening.  -– jlr
