ASH two ch of James - Putnam

James ASH had the remains of his two children transferred from the Old Cemetery to Forest Hill and now makes complaint before the Cemetery Board that their coffins were only placed 18” beneath the surface, the discovery being accidentally made a few days since while putting a curb stone around the lot.
