James Anderson’s Estate – Notice is hereby given that letters of Administration upon the estate of James Anderson, deceased, has this day been granted to Thomas H Anderson .Said estate is supposed to be solvent. Thomas H. Anderson, Administrator.  Notice is hereby given that I will sell at public auction on Sat 2d day of May 1863 at the late residence of James Anderson of Madison Township in Putnam County, Indiana deceased all the personal property, not taken by the widow, consisting of horses, cattle, hogs, sheep, corn, farming utensils, wagon and harness. A credit of 9 months will be given on all sums over $3, the purchaser giving his note with approved security, waiving valuation and appraisement laws. Thomas Anderson, administrator.
