ANDERSON, Florence - Putnam

DIED in Greencastle June 1, 1874 of scarlet fever, Florence, daughter of RD Anderson aged 13 years and 11 months after an illness of one week. At home she was obedient and dutiful to her parents, affectionate and kind to her brothers and sisters and an ornament of society.  United with cheerful and affable manners such a lady-like dignity as would only be expected among the accomplishments of mature life. As a Christian she was faithful and consistent in the observance of all her duties. The afflicted family have the sympathy of all the citizens of this place. – kbz
