Sheriff’s Sale – by virtue of a decree of foreclosure rendered at the March Term, 1857 of the Putnam County Common Please in a certain action wherein the state of Indiana was plaintiff and Harrison Wilson and Eliza Wilson were defendants, I will expose to public sale on Saturday the 18th of April 1857 at the court house door in the town of Greencastle, Putnam County, Ind between the hours of 10 o’clock a.m. and 4 o’clock pm. The rents and profits for a term not exceeding several years of the following real estate situated in Putnam County towit: Lots #5, 6 and 7 in the town of Cloverdale in the county of Putnam in the state of Indiana and no failure to realize the full amount demanded on said decree of foreclosure with costs.  I will at the same time and place offer for sale the free simple in and to said estate.  Levied upon as the property of Harrison Wilson and Eliza Wilson to satisfy said decree of foreclosure as aforesaid.  Will L.
