POOR RELIEF - Putnam

Greencastle, Ind April 19 -  A suit to test the poor relief law will be brought in the Putnam Circuit Court by the township trustees against the county commissioners. The commissioners have refused to allow claims based upon orders given poor people by the trusteed.  None of the orders issued since the law was enacted has been allowed.   ~~~transcribed by kbz
