Poor Farm - Pauper Burials - Putnam

Charles H. Rector, undertaker was the only one to submit a bid for pauper burials to the county commissioners at their meeting Monday.  Mr. Rector bid $54 a burial and was awarded the contract.    --- transcribed by  kbz
