Patterson, Robert - Putnam

Robert Patterson, 30 years old of Muncie was sentenced to the Indiana state Prison at Michigan City for a 1-5 year period of Judge James P. Hughes in the Putnam Circuit Court here today on a charge of escaping from the Indiana State farm.  Patterson, who was serving his four term at the Penal Farm at Putnamville, made his get-away Monday morning and was recaptured Monday evening.  He will be taken to the state prison by Sheriff Alva Bryan within the next few days it was said!
