Charlotte TAYLOR - Putnam

Mrs. Charlotte Taylor, 70 year old colored woman who resides at 310 Ohio Street was held in jail here today pending the holding of an examination into her mental condition.  The aged colored woman will probably be committed to the Indiana State Hospital for the insane at Evansville.  She was taken into custody by Greencastle police following complaints made by south Greencastle citizens.
