TWENTIETH CENTURY CLUB - 1916

The Twentieth Century Club of Greencastle was organized June 1, 1898 under the motto, Not for ourselves, but for humanity. This year there are 35 active members. Officers are: President, Mrs. T.E. Evans; first VP, Mrs. Myra Curtis; 2nd VP, Mrs. S.C. Prevo; Sec, Mrs. L.A. Beard; Treas, Mrs. Charles Butcher; Representative, Mrs. A.M. Hootman and year book committee: Mr. Hubert Webster; Mrs. Clay Brothers; Mrs. A.M. Hootman; Mrs. Curtis Hughes and Miss Mary Jones. The club will meet next Thursday at the home of Mrs. L.A. Beard. "The Romance of Indiana History" will be the subject of a paper by Miss Mary Jones. The conversation will be led by Mrs. Frank Farmer --- typed by kbz
