McGaughey, Fred - Hazel Webster - Putnam

Being mired down four times on their trip from Russellville to Greencastle Thursday morning did not keep Miss Hazel J. Webster and Fred A. McGaughey of that town from carrying out their plans. For in each of the four instances they were either pulled out by a team or dug out and finally they reached Greencastle where they were married by the Rev. Levi Marshall at the Christian Church parsonage. The marriage occurred at 11 o’clock. The young couple were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Alva J. Webster. The groom is a farmer and they will reside on his farm near Russellville. - kz
