The marriage of Miss Lucile Marshall, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. George B. Marshall to Mr. Herbert Hunt, city editor of the
Baltimore World, occurred yesterday at 3 o’clock at the bride’s home on Central
Ave. Dr. Gobin, dean of the theological school at DePauw University performed
the ceremony which was witnessed by about 80 guests. Miss Irene Hays played the wedding march and
Montani Bros. orchestra played Call Me Thine Own during the ceremony. Miss
Sarah Marshall, sister of the bride was maid of honor and Miss Sidelia Starr
was bridesmaid. The groom was attended by his brother, Mr. Edward Hunt of
Greencastle. The bride wore a handsome
gown of heavy white faille en train, with trimmings of white lace and satin
rosettes. Miss Marshall wore light green silk and white lace and carried white
carnations and Miss Starr wore pink silk and lace and carried la France roses.
The decorations were green and white, the bride’s table being decorated with
bride roses and fern leaves. Mr. and Mrs. Hunt went to Baltimore where they
will reside. Among the guests were: Dr. and Mrs. Hunt, parents of the groom;
Mr. WE Starr and family; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Allen; Mr. and Miss Baker; Dr.
DeMotte and family; Dr. Case and family; Mrs. Matthews and Mrs. Burgen,
