Marriage of Local Couple Solemnized in Virginia
Miss Bernice Harbison and Delbert Lewis, both of Greencastle, were united in marriage at high noon Saturday, June 25, in Alexandria, Va. , along the Potomac river. The young couple were attended by the bride's cousins, Miss Byrmina Harbison as bridesmaid and Dale Harbison as best man.
The bride wore white net over white satin with pink accessories and a corsage of roses and baby breath. The bridesmaids wore pink satin with white accessories and carried a Bouquet of larkspur and baby breath. The groom and best man wore boutioneres of roses.
The only witnesses were the bride's mother, Mrs. W. B. Harbison of Bainbridge, Mrs. Cordelia Johnson of Russellville and Mr. and Mrs. O. J. Harbison of Baltimore, Md.
After a sight-seeing trip in the East and a short visit with Mr. and Mrs. Harbison in Baltimore, the young couple will be at home in Greencastle where they will be engaged in business.
