Kirk, James - May Rogers - Nov 1890 - Putnam

The social event of the season on Fox Ridge was the marriage of Mr. James Kirk and Miss May Rogers at the residence of the latter, last Wednesday at 8 o’clock. Rev. Hulstone pronounced the ceremony in the presence of a large concourse of friends of the contracting parties who were in attendance and wished them a pleasant journey through life.  Mr. Kirk is the popular young carriage trimmer at Renick & Curtis’ shop and a bus load of his friends drove out from the city to attend the wedding.
