Mr. Herbert M. Jordan and Miss Katherine Weik have surprised their friends by announcing the news of their marriage which occurred in April last. Hearing the rumor Wednesday the Banner Times interviewed the parties today and was shown the marriage license bearing the date of April 22, 1896. The young folks have kept their secret well and this will be the first news many will have of the event. The Banner Tmies tenders its congratulations.
