Putnamville news – George Hurst and Mary Hepler were married at the residence of the bride’s parents on Sunday evening, Squire Walden officiating. They immediately left for Kansas in company with Hiram Harrah’s family. George took some of the young folks by surprise, the marriage not being expected quite so soon. - kbz
