On Wednesday
last at the ME Church, Danville, Ind Dr TG Duvall of the faculty of DePauw and
Miss Della Ogden were married, Dan HA Gobin pronouncing the marriage ceremony.
The attendants were James Ogden, brother of the bride and Miss Daisy Nikols and
Mrs. Wilhite presided at the organ. The bride wore a satin frock with pearl
trimmings and carried a bouquet of Brides Roses. The Greencastle people present
were: Mrs. H.L. Beals, Miss Jessie Beals, Dr. DeMotte and wife, Prof. Longden
and wife, Mr. AB Phillips and wife; Miss Chapin and Misses Ella and Emma Beckwith.
The bride received a large number of elegant presents. Dr. Dunvall (sic) and his bride arrived in
this city on Wednesday evening’s train and immediately repaired to their
residence on South College Ave, which had been previously fitted and furnished
for their reception. The many friends of the groom and his winsome bride wish
them joy, happiness and length of days.
