Cox, LaConda - Weaver, Charles - Putnam

In a double ring ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday evening, Lt. LaConda E. Cox and First Lt. Charles Weaver were united in marriage at the Delaware Methodist parsonage, Indianapolis.  Lt. Weaver recently returned from Sasbo with the 5th Marine Corps and served 18 months in the Pacific Theater of War.  He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Faye Weaver.  The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Beulah E. Cox, 1318 Fairground Lane, Bedford and the late RN Cox of Greencastle, Ind.  She is a graduate of St. Anthony’s School of Nursing, Terre Haute, Ind and is now stationed at Camp Atterbury. After a shorty leave, Lt. and Mrs. Weaver will resume their duties. - kbz
