Wendling, Verna - Amos March 1928 - Putnam

Mrs. Verna Wendling has filed suit and with a wife and $50 started out in the Putnam County Circuit court against her husband Amos Wendling asking divorce.  James & Allee are the attorneys for the plaintiff. The plaintiff says they were married May 26 1926 and separated March 1, 1928.  She alleges cruel and inhuman treatment on the part of her husband. She alleges that he has told her that he no longer cares to live with her and that he has an ungovernable temper. She asks for a complete divorce and other proper relief. The plaintiff lives in Roachdale.
