TURNER 1916 - Putnam

Flossie N. Turner filed suit in the Circuit Court of Putnam County Wednesday afternoon through her attorneys, Moore & Moore, against her husband, Otho Turner for divorce. The plaintiff alleges that her husband beat her and continually used profane and vulgar language. She says that he forced her to get his meals when she was physically unable to do so. The plaintiff further declares that he failed to provide for her and their 9-months' old daughter and that they had to rely on the plaintiff's parents for food. The plaintiff therefore asks for a complete divorce, the restoration of her maiden name, Flossie N. Helpler and the custody of the child   --- kbz
