From
Russellville comes a divorce suit, in which Nancy Homan is plaintiff and George
Washington Homan is the defendant. The complaint states that George Washington
is a very naughty man in that he is a negligent husband and that he is a bold
bad man in that at divers times and on divers occasions he has been guilty of
adultery with divers persons. Mrs. Home asks for $2,000 alimony alleging that
her husband owns 70 acres of extra fine farm land. - transcribed by kbz
