Francis Olivia Harris vs. William C. Harris complaint for Divorce. Be it remembered that on this 28th day of December 1858, the plaintiff by John A. Matson, her attorney filed in the Clerk’s Office of said court her complaint for Divorce against said defendant, together with the affidavit of a competent witness by which it appears that said defendant is not a resident of the State of Indiana: he is therefore hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of said court.
