Mrs. Lizzie V. Hamrick has filed suit through John W. Layne, her attorney for divorce from her husband, SC Hamrick alleging that said defendant had been guilty of adultery had treated her cruelly and had failed to provide for her; she also asks that she be given custody of their only child, a little two-year-old daughter.
