James Tucker, formerly proprietor of the bicycle rim factory here, is here from Sidney, Ohio, the guest of his brother, Dr. WW Tucker, He reports Mrs. Tucker in very poor health. She has been an invalid for more than a year not having walked in that time. She suffers of rheumatism.
