The Sinclair Service Station at the corner of Jackson & Walnut streets will be opened for business Saturday morning according to an announcement made today. The station is owned by AR Chenoweth and Ralph A. Confer. Confer will be in active charge of the business and will be assisted by Ruel Heaney, who was formerly employed at the Franklin Street Garage it was said today. Workmen have been busy for the past two weeks installing the tanks and pumps and lighting system of the station. The bu8ilding was erected by the Paul Johnson Construction Company of Indianapolis and was leased to the Sinclair people.  The ground on which the station was built was the property of Mr. Johnson and is part of the DB Johnson estate. The station, which is one of the best equipped in the city will handle the full line of Sinclair products including three grades of gasoline, the regular Sinclair, Sinclair HC and Aircraft gasoline. In addition the manager announced today that complete greasing, washing, tire and battery service and a complete line of automobile accessories will be handled by the station.  Managers of the station assure visitors of prompt, courteous and efficient service. - kbz
