Filmore Citizen Bank - Putnam

Plans for the organization of a private bank to be known as the Filmore Citizen’s bank are now being perfected by a number of Filmore business men. Filmore never has had a bank and the business men believe that now is an opportune time to start one.  A promoter by the name of Inman now is in Filmore getting the business men interested in the project. The plan is to establish a private bank with capital stock of from $10,000-$12,500.
