WELCH, LORENZO T., P. O. Bainbridge, House and Sign Painter; was born April 19, 1832, in Jackson Township, Putnam County; son of James and Sarah SMITH -WELCH. Was married September 9, 1866, in Carpentersville, to Elizabeth STRINGER; children; as follows - Alonzo D. (deceased), Melissa E., Maggie, Willie, Frank, Hattie (deceased), John and Omar.
