Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the 2nd
ward in the city of Muncie, in the township of Centre in the county of
Delaware, state of Indiana and to the citizens of said city, township, county
and state and to all other persons whom it may or might concern that Benjamin
F. Timmins, being over the age of 21 years; twit, 39 years of age, having been
born in Greencastle in the state of Indiana on the 2nd day of July
1877; being a male inhabitant a citizen of the US and being a qualified legal
voter residing in the city of Muncie… having resided in said state continuously
for more than one year last past, towit: 39 years and in said city of Muncie …
28 years being a moral man not in the habit of becoming intoxicated and a fit
person to be entrusted….
