LANCASTER, Fred - Putnam

Fred Lancaster of Greencastle, well known as one of the active Putnam County Democrats has announced his candidacy for the Democratic nomination for Sheriff.  Mr. Lancaster has previously served as deputy sheriff of the county and has a large acquaintance over the county.
