county resident of pioneer heritage. Her parents were John Ruminer and Gelania Williams Ruminer, of Marrs township, where the late deceased was born.
She and her family had occupied the residence of
She was one of the original members of the present Mt. Vernon
Christian Science Society, the second reader of the church for a number of
years and until a year ago its treasurer. Her other affiliations were
with General Thomas Posey chapter of Daughters of American Revolution and the
Mt. Vernon Coterie, which her sister, Mrs. Walter W. French, organized.
The body is at Short-Niehaus Funeral
Home and will remain there through the funeral service at
