ELIZABETH SCHREIBER ROSS

 Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon for Mrs. Elizabeth Schreiber Ross, 78, wife of Herman Ross, 516 Keck avenue, Evansville, and a native of the Caborn community in Posey county.  Mrs. Ross died late Wednesday in Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

Following a brief service at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Alexander Funeral Home in Evansville, a service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. at St. John's Methodist Church at Caborn, of which the deceased was a member.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Rev. Hubert R. Hoke, St. John's Church minister, will officiate.

Mrs. Ross was a member of a prominent Posey county family.  Her parents were George Schreiber and Mary Schelhorn Schreiber.

Survivors include the husband; a brother, Rev. Louis Schreiber, pastor of a large Methodist Church at Zanesville, Ohio, and two step children, Mrs. Valada Cusher, Anderson, Ind. and Alfred Ross, Evansville.
