DOROTHY P NIEMEIER

Mrs. Dorothy P. Niemeier, 43, wife of Raymond C. Niemeier, died at 11:30 o'clock this morning at her residence in Marrs township, one mile south of the telephone exchange.  She had been in poor health for a year.

The deceased was the daughter of Henry and Amelia Dietz Muensterman and had resided in the Marrs community the greater part of her life.  She was born in Eldorado,Ill., and came to Posey county at the age of 12.

Near surviving relatives are the husband; a son, Raymond A., Niemeier, who resides in the home; three brothers, Julius Muensterman, R. R. 3, Mt. Vernon, Martin MUNSTERMAN, R. R. 2 Mt. Vernon, and Clem Muensterman, R. R. 1, Evansville and two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Rickert and Mrs. William Muehlbauer both of R. R. 1, Evansville.

Funeral services are to be held at 9 o'clock Thursday morning at St. Matthew's Catholic Church of which the deceased was a member.  Solemn Requiem Mass will be by the pastor, Rev. Raymond B. Smith.  Interment will be in St. Matthew's cemetery.

The body will remain at the Short-Niehaus Funeral Home until the funeral hour.
