KATHARINE WALTER MOORE
A chronic heart condition resulted in the sudden death of Mrs.
Katharine Walter Moore, 65, wife of Fred T. Moore an East Black township farmer
at
Mrs. Moore was fatally stricken as she checked out food purchases
in the Kroger store. Her husband was waiting for her outside the food
store.
The body is at the Short-Niehaus Funeral
Home chapel and will remain there through the funeral service set for
Rev. J. Kenneth Forbes, minister of
Surviving are the husband, a civic and Farm Bureau leader of many
years; a daughter, Mrs. Foster H. Tolliver,
Mrs. Moore was a native of and had spent her entire life in Black
township. She was a daughter of Harman Walter and Louisa Katharine
Williams Walter.
She and her
husband observed their 44th wedding anniversary last Tuesday, 37 of which had
been spent at the one home site northeast of
