Garland B. Lilly, 60, Chicago, a Swift & Company executive
whose wife was before her marriage Kathryn Bokelman

He had been employed by Swift & Company ever since his
separation from the U.S. Navy at the end of World War I. He was a native
of Smith Mills,
Mrs. Lilly found her husband dead in his bed at their home early
yesterday. Mr. Lilly had been at his office Tuesday. Death was
attributed to a coronary occlusion.
The deceased and his wife had frequently visited relatives of Mrs.

Following a funeral service in
Rev. August E. Binder, pastor of Trinity Evangelical and Reformed
Church, will conduct the funeral service at
Surviving in addition to the wife are a daughter, Mrs. C. J.
Brannon, Jr. Wichita Falls, Ex; two grandchildren; a sister, Miss Margaret
Lilly, Chicago, and four brothers, Milton Grover and Sangfroid, Smith Mills,
Ky., and Klein, Chicago.
