WILLIAM H KUEBLER

William H. Kuebler, 78, well known Marrs township resident, died at 1:15 o'clock Sunday (1 Jul 1956) morning at his home following an illness of one month.

Mr. Kuebler was born and spent his entire lifetime in the same community.  The son of William G. Kuebler and Elizabeth Ehrardt Kuebler, both natives of Germany, the deceased was a devout member of Immanuel Evangelical and Reformed Church in Marrs township.  He was a retired farmer.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Short-Niehaus Funeral Home chapel at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon.  Rev. Theodore Haefele, pastor of Immanuel Church, will be the officiating minister.  Burial will be in Immanuel cemetery.

Near surviving relatives are a son Norman Kuebler, Evansville; a brother, Edward F. Kuebler, R. R. 1, Mt. Vernon; three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Wimpelberg, R. R. 13, Evansville, Miss Anna C Kuebler, R. R. 1 Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Theodore Menikheim, R. R. 1 Mt. Vernon and a number of nieces and nephews.

The wife of the deceased, nee Ann Giemiller, died in 1929.
