Verbernia K. "Wilma" Hart  

LYNNVILLE - Verbernia K. "Wilma" Hart, 89, Indianapolis, passed away Monday, Nov. 20, 2006.

She was born March 10, 1917, in Posey County, Ind., to Pete and Margaret (Wenzel) Hertel. Wilma retired as a press operator for Beatty Memorial Hospital in 1979 and was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Wilma is survived by her son, Michael Hart; daughter, Sharon (Tom) Wilson; three grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles L. Hart; and one grandchild.

Visitation will be held today from 5 to 7 p.m. EST at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, with a funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10 a.m. EST at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7243 E. 10th St., Indianapolis. Burial will be Friday, Nov. 24, 11 a.m. CST local time in the Lynnville Cemetery, Lynnville, Ind. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
