LILLIE ROACH GRISSOM

Mrs. Lillie Bell Roach Grissom, 66, wife of Alf Grissom and a native of the Solitude community in Posey county did at 7;46 a.m. today at her home on New York avenue in Evansville.

She had been in failing health for several months.

The body is at Boone Funeral Home in Evansville.  Funeral arrangements were incomplete at noon. (Burial was in Park Lawn Cemetery in Evansville, Indiana.)

Surviving, in addition to the husband, are two sons by a former marriage, Herbert and Robert Moit, Indianapolis; two brothers, John Roach, Mt. Vernon and Phil Roach, Evansville, and five sisters, Mrs. Lorna Wiley, Lynn township, Mrs. George Miller, Copper Line road north of Mt. Vernon, Mts. Adelia McReynolds, Evansville, and Mrs. Howard Ramsey and Mrs. Eura Isham, Elberfeld.
