KENTUCKIAN KNOWN IN MT VERNON DIES

Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Whitsell Funeral Home at Uniontown, Ky and at the grave in Fairmont cemetery at Henderson, Ky., for Elijah Thomas Duncan, 88, a retired farmer and restaurant operator and a brother of Mrs. Roy Duckworth, Mt. Vernon.

Mr. Duncan died during the weekend at his home in Uniontown.

Surviving in addition to the sister in Mt. Vernon, are two sons, Edgar, Morganfield, and Oscar, Henderson; two brothers, Odie, Morganfield, and J. M. Evansville, and two other sisters, Mrs. Herman Hutchinson, Uniontown, and Mrs. W. J. Shoulders, Corydon, Ky.
